🥖 Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the state of Ohio only. Due to cottage food regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we cannot ship out of state at this time.

All items are baked in small batches and shipped as fresh as possible to ensure quality and safety.


📦 Processing Times

Orders are baked to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may vary during holidays or high‑volume weeks.


🚚 Shipping Methods

We use carriers that offer 1–2 day delivery within Ohio to maintain freshness. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, packaging, and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.


🧁 Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Packages left outside after delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Damage occurring after delivery


❄️ Perishable Goods

Our baked goods are perishable and should be brought inside promptly upon delivery. Please follow the storage instructions included with your order for best results.


❌ No Returns on Shipped Items

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns on shipped orders. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours with a description and photo so we can help.
