Refund policy

Perishable Goods

All of our baked goods are made in small batches, often to order, and are perishable. For this reason, we do not accept returns on any food items.

Order Accuracy & Quality Concerns

We want you to love what you receive. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with a description of the problem and a photo of the item.

We will gladly review the concern and, when appropriate, offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item on your next pickup day

  • A store credit for the value of the affected item

Refunds are issued only when we determine that the product quality or order accuracy did not meet our standards.

Pickup & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been picked up or delivered to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer. We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Items left outside after delivery

  • Missed pickup windows

  • Damage occurring after the order leaves our care

Allergy & Ingredient Notes

All items are gluten‑free, but customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and communicating any allergies before ordering. We cannot offer refunds for reactions or concerns related to undisclosed allergies.

Cancellations

Because we bake to order, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Orders canceled after that window may not be eligible for a refund.
